            I have not once said that I blamed the husband. Also, have I never said I was taking up for Albert.

            Clearly there was evidence to prove he or the truck were at fault. I was merely pointing out that most people have no clue about any real information. And were just jumping on the "Get A Rope" bandwagon.

            After seeing the traffic tickets he recieved after the incident, it proves a gross lack of responsibility on his part. Which I'm sure was presented to the jury by the prosecution. Purely based off of that transcript, I can see why he was convicted.

            To clarify, if I were the husband, I assume I would have done exactly what he did. It may not be right but, grief is difficult to deal with.

            And for the record,

            I never had sexual relations with christina. Fuck you Jeremy.

            I do however, have Alberts blue coupe....

                        Well, Texas negligence laws are modified comparitive. Which means if any party is 51% or more at fault, it bars them from recovering from the other party.

                        Most of the times, if you rear end someone, you will be 100% at fault. But, as what's been argued by people here, it's asserted that the woman changed lanes in front of Albert and/or slammed on her brakes to make the exit for Sonic. That would potentially put some comparative negligence on her for changing lanes when unsafe and failure to signal a stop.
