There are a ton of threads about this topic - just do a search and you'll find them. I, for one, hightly recomend Death or Glory Tattoo near Lower Greenville in Dallas. Used them for quite a bit of the stuff on me.

One of my good friends is the owner of Suffer City. Good group of guys that are pioneers in the Dallas tattoo industry. Sam the owner of D&G that Gear Jammer recommended above is part of the same group. For what you are wanting I would say Suffer City for sure.
