  • Must do things on Oahu?

    Headed to Pearl Harbor tomorrow (Dec 7th) for the first time. What else is a must do while here? We were just lazy the past 2days here having some drinks by the pool and beach. I want to play golf Sat am but I havent picked a course yet.

    Oh, and when I pulled into my hotel coming back from dinner just now a guy in a flat black LP700 Aventador was in front of me. Beautiful car.

      Been a few times. Mostly just laid on the beach and surfed (err, tried).

                  I rented bikes a couple times and road around the island. I rented a harley once and a sport bike twice from a place on Kuhio and Seaside st

                    You are nuts. I love the ocean and I love to scuba dive, but I know all too well what lurks in those waters. Hell, you couldn't pay me to snorkle or surf in Hawaii.

                          North shore shark tour (saw a couple tiger sharks first time I went), snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, Dole Pineapple plant, hike Diamond Head... I think those are the typical things.

                              Drive around the island. Just drive it. Lots of amazing things to see. Plus you have to go see the North Shore which has some fantastic surfing. Then do the Dole Pineapple plantation in the middle of the island.

                              Take note of how few Japanese people are at Pearl Harbour. They were everywhere when I was there then it was all round eyes at Pearl. lol
