Is Lync shitty for you guys too? Our company uses it and some days it constantly going up and down. In mid sentence or voice call it may just drop without warning. Just curious if its more than just my company that suffers with it.

90% of the time it works just fine. We have a major network outage right now that's causing some issues.

Sounds like your network or lync infrastructure is built poorly.

I just use it for IM but I hate sending a URL because it doesn't automatically turn it into a link (it's a link when I type it, but when I send it, it's not, and when I receive one, it's not), and I hate sending code because my code text has a black background and different colors of light text for different parts of code, and formatting it never works.

No real problems with connectivity unless we have a network problem, though.

ahh, we have it set to not allow any links to work in Lync.
