      Im pretty sure I can get you all the lead you need. We go through about 160lbs of wheel weights per month.

            I got a neighbor that does this, he always has pallets of ready made ingots in his garage. Last time I talked to him he was telling me he was getting the lead from the shooting ranges if I remember correctly. Uses cupcake pans to make the ingots.

                    precise molds, yes. Then you run them through a resizing press to get them to the correct dimension.

                            Yeah can do a lot with molds. I've been shopping kilns for awhile, but I only want to make fishing weights and other non-precise stuff. Probably gonna make a home made kiln and be done with it.
