                If ur arrested for PI, then no. You have to wait a minimum of 4 hours before ur considered for posting bail. At 4 hours, a jailer will check ya. He he deems you sober, he will release ya.

                Jeff. We need pics of said future wife. If its husband, keep that crap in the closet and forget I asked!
