There are some pieces of shit out there, that's for sure. It's a shame none of the customers were carrying.

          Found this

FORT WORTH — A Pizza Hut manager was shot in the leg Monday evening during an armed robbery at the outlet in far south Fort Worth, police said.

The robbery was reported 8:45 p.m. at the Pizza Hut in the 1300 block of Sycamore School Road.

Two men wearing blue bandannas entered, and one man fired two shots, striking the store manager who was at the cash register, said Capt. Kevin Rodricks, police spokesman.

"He took two superficial or grazing wounds to the leg," Rodricks said.

The robbers grabbed cash from the register and fled in a dark-colored four-door sedan, he said.

No arrests had been made by late Monday, Rodricks said.

Thanks for comments guys. That is me in the article. My company has been great about the whole thing. We have some cameras in parking lot not sure yet if they got anything. Im just feeling very lucky. A few cm with either shot and I would be missing a leg or dead. He was less then 10 feet away. I think he had bad ammo and that might have helped. It was a .45 casing but the sound was not much more than a .22. Ive fired enough .45 to know my ears should have been ringing from being that close.

A .45 on the muzzle side is loud as shit. So yeah that's peculiar.

Maybe he shot a .22 and threw .45 casings with finger prints to set someone else up? Gotta CSI think through this.

Thats what I was thinking. I shot my .40 one time without plugs and my ears were ringing for hours.
