    Would be nice to catch a break...

    My grandmother (and last living grandparent) passed away Saturday morning and now I'm at cooks downtown with my daughter. She was running a temp of 105.7 when we got here and it's down to 99.8 with Tylenol.

    As some of you know, she has JRA (juvenile rheumatoid arthritis) and is on medication that suppresses her immune system. Please keep us in your thoughts tonight.

            She'll be fine, just some 48 hour bug rollin around. Bea brought it back from Colorado, and cliff and I both ended up sick. I've been feeling fine since yesterday, but had a lot of leftover sinus pressure I'm trying to deal with.

            She's just more susceptible to infections on the medication, doesn't change anything for stupid colds or the flu.
