Just make your own.
I bought a shitty looking Christmas sweater at JCP last year and wrapped some xmas lights around it and hooked it up to a small battery. You could spot me from a mile away at my Squadron Christmas party, just had to look for the asshole covered in flashing lights.

I have a sweater with Dowel Pins attached, arranged in the shape of santa's face. But TSM already called dibs... J/K
My wife tried to get me to do the stupid ugly sweater thing this year....Absolutely REFUSE!!!"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776
