Constantly flip flopping your schedule is very hard on your body. It's okay to alter it some when you need to but,, not every week. I work 11p-7A and I usually get to sleep around 9A or so. Unlike Treadhead, my days off I stay up all day long until I crash and sleep like a normal person at night....which is far better then daytime sleep. However, the bad side to that is throwing everything off and being a zombie for a day getting back into the normal routine.
