I was thinking to myself the other day & remember when my grandmother had this Cartoon drawing of about 50 different people in it with their Nic Names under their face & I asking my grandmother who all those cartoon faces of & she said it was your grandfather & all his WWII buddies who fought together in his unit. My grandfather was at the bottom of these 50 different faces drawn in a cartoon like spin & he went by PINKY! Im not sure why. His buddies gave him the name long ago across Sea's
My point is he & my grandmother had this drawing Framed along with of at least 10 other of the same drawings in different peoples houses they use to take me too as a little boy.
Is there a Cartoon artist here that could do this type of drawing for us. For the long standing DFWMustang members. Of course I would need a pic of each member sent to me through the mail & your handle on the back of that pic. But I am interested in doing this for us as a gesture of our community here & picture of all you guys in cartoon drawing of course to my house in a framed picture & would do the same for every member & have a huge group picture. I imagine I would have to make a list of all the long term members here & it be voted on & what members would be on this picture.
This is just a idea, But I think a good idea. Something we will all look back on as old men. Also would like to include our fallen Stang Brothers who have passed over the years
