We did the whole trail (tours and tastings at all 7 distilleries open to the public), and went to the Knob Creek Machinegun Shoot, in 31 hours total including sleep time.

I remember you posting in Canada about that, I plan on taking a week and enjoying it, I bet I get between the distilleries faster though. I also plan on including the corvette factory and museum on the trip.
