    I'm not sure where your getting your numbers from, but they are way off. That car is worth about $6000.00 (avg.) before it was wrecked, good luck.

      They pay pretty well and the first offer is never their highest. They compensated for the vehicle, time away from work, and added a bonus for signing a hold harmless agreement going forward.

      I was told to be patient with them as they hate to carry open claims, and I think I drug them on much further than I needed to. Ultimately, it almost doubled their initial offer.

      If you have the time and resources, I suggest doing the same.
      im in no rush by any means, I just don't know what to expect cause this is my first ever serious accident that will likely total the car. I have a rental car that they are providing.

      The car is worth is 8.5K and I think the damage is at a min 6K. I had a girl do a illegal left turn in front of me (no not hot btw) and I hit her doing about 40 mph. Its been at the body shop for about a week.

        they wont go buy blue book, more than likely they will go off the black book like dealerships use for what its worth at auction. Blue book is always way off.

          Just got back from the adjuster, got 9,421.25 for my car

          Blue Book was 8,700 at best

          Today was a good day
          Los Angeles Rams 11-5

                  anyone deal with trinity insurance? The guy that hit my wife while she was prego is poking ass on paying up. This was almost 9 months ago. Son is 6 months old now

                      I had it towed last monday and I was over there on Monday so yea probably. It was around 4:00 in the afternoon
