I have made it through the final underwiting process and USDA has approved my interest rate lock. I have been waiting since November 2nd to recieve the certificate. How long does it take? I would normally ask my loan officer but he said 5-7 days so obviously he doesn't know.I have already had to extend closing 3 times. I hate to be this far into it just to say fuck it and go with someone else.
