I tried explaining it to my younger brother thusly: Getting drunk on cheap booze and getting drunk on good booze differ in almost the same way that having sex with girls you have no chemistry with differs from having sex with girls you have excellent chemistry with. They're both perfectly acceptable, and when you need one, the other will not do, but to compare the lesser to the greater is merely to court disappointment. The lesser cannot begin to compare to the greater, as what seems on the surface to be two sides of the same coin is actually a comparison between entirely different, as well as unrelated currencies.

I like eggnog, and I'll usually buy it one time a year. That said I am not going to ruin good alcohol by mixing it with eggnog. The fuck is wrong with you guys?

I love me some Crown and Egg Nog... Every year at Thanksgiving dinner at my Uncle's house we drink some after eating while watching Christmas Vacation. We even have a set of the moose head glasses from the movie to drink it out of...

As dumb as that sounds, it is a tradition that started with drinking that stuff one night after thanksgiving while watching the movie and wondering why we didn't have a set of those glasses...
