This is what will happen. They are too popular to just vanish. Some other company will pick them up and make a fortune.

Because unions promote irresponsibility, a lazy work ethic, and they defy logic and reason. Go cry to someone else.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Why don't you ask the employees of Bell Helecopter what happened after their last Union forced strike?

FT - "...unions aren't inefficient, Buffett bought Burlington Northern..." - FTOriginally posted by davbrucasI want to like Slow99 since people I know say he's a good guy, but just about everything he posts is condescending and passive aggressive.
Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Beyond that, companies can always move and start over. Move to Non Union areas, move overseas. Whatever. I'm not for the exportation of jobs, but I also don't believe companies should be held hostage by their employees.07 f250-family truckster

Any suggestion that Hostess was this vibrant and successful company that got brought down by the evil unions is just incorrect. It's spin. Hostess was half dead, and now they have a way of going to the courts, getting the best price for their trademarks and don't have to cop a deal/pay out the nose to the union.
Bimbo and Little Debbie are going to look into fighting for these brands, but they have competing products already. Depends on if its worth it.
