Need Some Photoshop Help

I need the following image in black and white (not greyscale). Unfortunately, I don't have photoshop and can't get anything from the Army on this computer. The image will be used for engraving, so it's important that the borders be black. Past that, I trust your judgement.

ok cool I was searching on line for it 125th crest I have a friend that does engraving and they need to be clean lines.
