I would love to lock in a 2.7% 10 year loan Fixed Loan.

Call them and ask them about their 11 year mortgage promotion. They don't have it advertised online. Basically you get the rate of the 10 yr mortgage, but they only charge you $700 in closing cost. If your tax value is high enough they don't even require an appraisal.
