Well it was slim but it was also Friday. I found lots of good deals. Had to make 3 trips back to the car.

IMO it was a good swap meet just WAY far spread out. Apparently they didnt sell the spots in order.

They had a little mexican girl on a gator driving around selling beer. Major fan of that.

I got a Weiand water pump for $40, real good deal
Erson roller rockers for $40, real good deal
ARP oil pump drive $10. Decent deal.

Only bought a set of Mopar wheels. Only other Mopar piece that I saw that sold was a "rusty" 68-69 Coronet hood. The back corner had rust holes the size of a quarter. It was marked at 150 yesterday and gone today. Everything else, Mopar that I spotted Friday morning was still sitting in the same place this afternoon.

I was gonna roll out there this am but went to my mother's for some sonly repairs of her junk. Unclogg a drain, reassemble the dryer with new heating element and such.

Sounds like I might have found some thing to lighten the billfold. Maybe the next one.

It was a pretty good swap meet, particularly for the first time at this new
location... much bigger than the former LaGrave Field site.

Mercbuff and I went today and picked up a few obscure treasures and as always,
left a few behind that couldn't get the price adjusted to our liking.

It was a good day, but I'm beat... going to bed early tonight.

So this "little" girl could stand to mix in a salad. Disappointing, maybe she had a sparling personallity and the $3 beers helped the other issues. Went to bed with a ten and woke up with a two is a lifestyle for some.

Oh well, sounds like I need to get with the personal assistant and schedule up for the next one.
