my dreams are so boring, i have literally woken myself up to get out of them. I mean they were like dull infomercials. Once in a while I will have a really good one. No nightmares in a long time thankfully. I need to eat something to give me some real dreams...not shrooms though.

Can't control night terrors...you can be talked out of them just like a sleep walker. When I finally woke up I lay in bed breathing hard and heavy with my eyes wide open.
