    damn night terrors

    Just woke up from one. Hear rate was fast and i was breathing hard. These things are worse than sleep paralysis. At least with sleep paralysis I'm not panicked when it happens and can wake myself from it. I don't want to go back to sleep.

                    I really can't stand those. I once blacked out three times in a row from jumping out of a dead sleep too fast. Extremely annoying not being able to control yourself.

                      I only got 3 hours of sleep after it happened. I prefer sleep paralysis because I know when its occurring and im calm about it. The shit last night I was fighting myself into waking up and panicked when I couldn't.
