This is pretty much one of the few reasons I miss Korea. You get a haircut and then they set out to work on your back and shoulders. All for $5.00. Just watch out for the 4 barber pole shops. You get more than you expect.

I paid $10-15 for a 1hour massage in Korea plus tip, no happy ending though. I went about once a month .

IF you get on good terms with the old ladies (I can't spell what they're called there) you will get discounts on everything from haircuts to drinky girls. Bonus tip: If you do go to Korea, take a CD player and a book of CD's with you and charge the drinky girls to listen to your music. They'll pay. They always do. I had one that said no GI ever told her no so the fact I did made me tempting. She bought me drinks all tour and would routinely give me foot massages in between customers.

I love me a massage... but I go to my chiropractor for it. My insurance covers the "office visit" under the co-pay and the 1hr massage is part of the visit. Cheaper, better, and I get an adjustment afterwards.
