I'm heading to Europe this summer, and working on planning out my trip. One of my life long dreams is to drive a Porsche 911 on the autobahn. I'm going to visit family and seeing the motherland, so this is my chance. Has anyone had any experience doing this? I haven't had any luck securing a rental place, but I do know they are out there.

Rent a Porsche GT3 and run the Ring. That would be amazing!.

I've driven an M1 tank (40mph) on the autobahn and actually passed someone! That's about all worth mentioning.
