A while back I tried to draw some attention to our foundation in the Armory, but now I will try here.

FITCO Cares - Heroes Project provides free, in-home fitness equipment, facilitation of donated health club memberships, individualized programs, personal training and life coaching to in-need veterans with disabilities, Gold Star families and those suffering from PTSD

just wanted to bring this back to the top. We appreciate everything that we can get. Red Roof Inn is doing this for the entire month of November for us. The workout equipment we are installing in these heroes' homes is top of the line stuff like you find in major gyms.
