Never been to a chiropractor before, but I've been having some neck/upper vertebrae pain which I think might be causing some nerve issues. My father has had similar issues and had good luck with a few adjustments. Anyone got any good referrals. Ideally someone who accepts health insurance (BCBS).

Years ago when I lived in Arlington, I used Dr. Meyer. I really liked him (no homo).

I don't use them for their chiro stuff, but Airrosti is badass.
Dr. Bertrand there is a chiro but he specializes in ART (active release therapy) which invovles muscle fascia (more of a sports therapy thing). He fixed the shit out of my ITBS and hip flexor issues very quickly. There are dedicated chiropractors there also.
Their philosophy is that unless you have a chronic injury they should be able to treat you in 3-4 visits. None of this "create a lifelong repeat customer" stuff. They set me up with exercies and stretches to do at home and I haven't had any issues since.
They're down near The Highlands on Matlock.

This is a friend of mine, Amy Vavra. She has always done great work on me, but she's in Mansfield. Last year I went in barely able to move my head and neck. After about 45 minutes I felt almost perfect again. I go now mainly for routine type maintenance.
I used to have everyday back pain until I started going to see her on a semi-monthly basis. Now my back only bothers me occasionally and I'm sure that would be taken care of if I saw her with regular frequency.
She really knows her stuff, plus she can do acupuncture. Her office also has a massage therapist if you need that as well.Owner of Titan Towing
