  • Any dfwm detectives want to try and find my step brother?

    My dad was married before he met my mom and had a son. Iv never heard from him or met him and my dad never talked about him. Iv suddenly become interested in trying to find him but my internet searches have turned up squat.
    So hereś all of the info
    Gary Allen Cox born February 9, 1951- 9/21/00
    married-Donna Lee ¨jingles¨ Peters in September 20, 1971 divorced 1974
    their son-Larry Allen Cox born March 22, 1972
    This website has my family history for other names/dates.

                Have you not asked your pops? You said he never mentioned him, but surely he at least knows where your step brother last was. That'd be a good place to start.

                      If he is your dad's son, then he is your half-brother, not your step-brother. You share half of your genes, whereas with a step-brother there is no common DNA. Just an FYI.

                              I was able to match relatives names to the link he attached so I think mine might actually be correct. If it's the right person, can't guarantee he still lives there...
