Are you allowed to trim up your neck? Picked up the trimmers last night to trim my neck but stopped because I don't know if you're allowed to or not. So instead of just shaved my balls.

Depends on what you are doing.
If you are doing the charity, its Movember - and its not a total "no shave" - it's all about growing a manly mustache. Beards/goatees dont count and are against the rules.
No shave november is not the charity event and its just a total Growathon. Anywhere you got hair, let it grow.
