So pinning her arm behind her back ruptured the implant? I could MAYBE see it happening if he threw her to the ground and dropped a knee on her or something. I would think her shoulder would have dislocated or torn long before the implant ruptured. I've had some pretty poor/improper technique used on me from recruits in training. Never felt any real pressure in my chest.
