Gourmet/Premium chocolates

Do any of you buy gourmet/premium chocolates this time of year? Truffles, bon bons, etc?

I picked up some truffle molds with my last chocolate order to try my hand at making chocolates. I've gotten some pretty good reviews from the people I've had sample them. I'm just not sure how to price them. I've never bought "expensive" chocolates before, I don't want to price them so high that they don't sell, but at the same time, I don't want to give them away either.

where are you located? do you ship? might make good gifts, or stuff to bring to family holiday gtg's.

I'm working a Church Bazaar this weekend and that is going to be my introductory pricing to see how well they sell.

As for location. I am in Greenville. Shipping is definitely an option. So far, I've only worked with peanut butter and caramel centers. I'm going to test some chocolate/chocolate tonight.

If a large enough group from the board was interested (a few have expressed interest in the cake bites as well) I could arrange a holiday pick up right before Thanksgiving and Christmas.
