There's a lot of concerns with different events.
*anything with turns rules out a lot of our people, as they're slow enough to not kill themselves in a straight line - but throw in multiple turns and we might have problems.
*1/4 mile, probably not - as a lot of our people may not be 'legal' for the times they'd run.
*whatever we decide on has to be available for the masses to do, and not for a select few
The fast times scenario above was pretty good, I like that. I tried it before, but maybe a bikini contest at the cruise would surely bring the fans who normally wouldn't go.
....maybe have some sponsors like Redbull (they have their girls who attend similar events)
maybe a local shop battle, where all the shops run similar cars. Winners donate to a charity of thier choice and some serious bragging rights.
it's the 10th year, something big has to be done.Comment
