If you think he was impersonating an officer, should have called the police. Most police departments, especially on the east coast use Blue lights(sometimes blue only), Red only is typically fire dept/volunteer(which many still don't allow them to run on POVs), and Green for EMS. Each state has their own laws on lights/display.

I saw a State Trooper Suburban just like that today. Lights were led though so I couldn't tell what color they were. Your guy could have been EMS but no telling. Not unusual to have unmarked cars.
        Whos your Daddy?

Nope, each state has their own regs.... Police are usually blue or blue/red. Typically Fire dept is the only ones using red only.

x2 If that MF had lit me up, I would have let off of the gas and coasted until I was able to safely move over for him, behind the semi. I can't stand assholes. Anything I can do to piss them off worse makes my day.

Knowing that I would have slammed on my brakes and flipped him off.
