Thats a cadet sized kart, only legal for ages 5-7 with the spec comer engine used in that class. They used to be less than $2500 turn key, now our weak dollar has us paying out the ass for chassis from italy. Retail for a front brake equipped 125cc chassis used to be $2750 when i quit in '96. Now its all f'd up if that cadet is 3k as a roller, lol.

The cadet deal doesnt get super competitive, you will have the fathers that take it too far, bit its mainly to get the kids interested and see if they can stay on the pavement.
