Looks just like a g37 just has a smaller engine (2.5 v6).

They seem nice, I just don't like the fact that they don't offer the smaller motor with a manual transmission. The platform has proven to be a great one with the bigger motor.

Not sure if leasing appeals to you, but they can be had for $259/mo for 36 months right now.

They're going to call it the Regal GS. IMO it is going to be overpriced and not nearly as nice as it's European counterpart (Opel Insignia OPC). But the lesser Buick Regal (turbo 4) cost less than the G25 and has similar performance. The only downer is that it is FWD..
