Anyone own a sleep number bed?

Thoughts? Like it , hate it? My sister gave me one and I am trying to figure out why someone would give up a bed that cost that freaking much? Mattresses are clean, no sister seepage.

I'm in hotels quite a bit and some of them have those beds. They are terrible. I don't sleep on them very well. It seems like an old waterbed mattress hooked up to an air pump. Maybe you can make a couple bucks off of it if you don't like it.

I hated mine after about year. The memory foam seemed to have... forgotten.

Ive had one six months now and I love it. I had a six inch pillow top Chatham and Wells before the sleep number and even tried a temperpedic. Neither compare to the sleep number. It did take a few weeks to find my number, but as soon as I did, I've never slept better.
