I do not believe that the FBI should be dealing with terrorist. I also believe that criminal charges of conspiracy are complete bullshit. Treating terrorism as a crime is foolish. It should be treated for what it really is; an act of war. Terrorist should be killed on the spot or captured for intelligence gathering and hung after a brief interrogation.

It really is a grey area IMO.. How about if I am board and plan out a bank robbery down to the last detail. Which bank, how I would approach it, supplies I would need, etc, but never intend to actually go through with it. Just going through the exercise for the hell of it. Could I be jailed for that?

So if he abused his authority by accessing information for personal use, by all means fire him. If he has overtly broken a law, prosecute him. Otherwise, you make sure he knows he is being watched.
