Marine who lost legs thrown out of resteraunt

I'm gonna mostly stay out of it but right now the news storys are slanting agains "The Fan" for sure.

I don't know this Marine but plenty of other Marines I've been out drinking with have a tendency to not have any self control over their mouths, and more than once I've been embarassed by the way my fellow Marines were acting in public.

I'm willing to be that there were plenty of "choice" words being thrown around by both parties involved.

Concur for sure, was that way in the Army as well. Especially being young and new to getting extremely drunk.

I will say these two things...

1. A Veteran should never be the one to leave an area. I hate the Cowboys, but yes I feel if ANYONE has a right to be anywhere it is a Veteran, especially ones who fought and being disabled is a cherry on top. I know this won't sit well with a lot of folks.

2. Anyone who "approaches in a threatening manner" someone (regardless if Vet or not) in a situation like this is a bitch. Only exceptions is if wheelchair person is throwing mugs at you or something.

They had their right to free speech and so did he and he earned the right to be there for sure. Granted, I do sympathize with folks who feel that pulling the war card is getting old. Some do abuse it, but at the same time show some respect. IT IS FOOTBALL! It's not like the team is going to give you money for being an asshole fan.
