Apparently you missed the part where nobody was arrested and no charges were filed. Just because shit is illegal, doesn't mean people can't or won't do it. And him being a war vet, again, has nothing to do with anything. 9 times out of 10, threats don't result in charges. If you had any real world experience, you'd know this. If every threat was pursued and prosecuted half of this site would be on probation or in jail.
