Lmfao, actually there is an elevated club house back there. I'm giving it to Leah and Craig for their daughter after closing.

Handcuffs? Dude you don't even want to see what I've got in the way of.. Equipment. Suffice it to say my inventory rivals all the crappy little sex shops in DFW like Condom Sense. If I kept track of cost I could probably build another 57 BelAir.

                  Congrats, Eric.

FYI - Gas is very inexpensive. I don't have a choice as I'm in a co-op area and have to go with CoServ, but it's still pretty damn cheap.

I just have extras from a previous occupation.

Good to know. I do keep it warm in the winters, and one year at my old house I had a $500 electric bill. That sucked.

Gas is cheap right now for sure. Our highest winter bill has been around $60 and that's with a gas furnace, range, and hot water heater. Right now it's running around $20 a month.

                            Pics of said casa.

FYI Gas is MUCH better than electric heating.

Same here, older house as well (1961) and the windows are drafty as well. At least I have stock in Atmos, and its done well for me, even pays dividends.
