I've been on the hunt for a good old pinche snake skins for a while now.

I'll see what I can find, don't see many rattle snakes anymore. Do you have a brand preference?

I don't want to spend much more than 200 bucks or so on them, I'd prefer a decent quality boot, versus some shitty off brand, but I realize the Rattlesnake is getting pretty hard to find, and Python seems to be the replacement.

I'm sure these Lucchese's are realy nice, but I don't want to spend 900 on a pair of Rattlesnake Shit Kickers

I love those right there! I've got 2 pair of Luchesse's a square toe smooth ostrich and a round toe full quill with a crepe sole. They are definitely worth the money!

In regards to the round vs. square toe comment. Some people just need that extra room in the toe box for comfort, going to a wider boot also makes the vamp/instep bigger which can cause issues. My round toe crepe's saved my ass last year due to my back, however, After 6 hours or so on my feet running around the store, they feel like they are chewing my pinky toes off. I'm having a crepe sole put on my AQHA square toes for this Christmas season.

Depending on the line of Luchesse, you can find them for under $400. I will pull the catalogs out when I get back from lunch and let you know whats available. IIRC Nocona still makes one and they are pretty affordable/good quality.

I think some of the larger stores sell the tin haul. Plano I would imagine has those for sure. I can get them, that's not a problem!

Alright, let me know what brands you find in rattlesnake, and I'll go try on some in another store of the same brand/shape, and let you know size. Then I'll let you order them and make the trip out to pick em up. And I'll try on the Tin Hauls too and probably have you order those at the same time

I didn't see Tin Haul on the Cavender's website, so that's why I was wondering if you guys carried them at all.
