Lyn needed something better for her work vehicle, so we traded in the F-150 and got the Transit Connect. This little fucker is perfect for a work vehicle! It easily holds all her equipment, can hold an 8 foot ladder inside and locked up, and still has plenty of space left. I can barely reach the roof when I am sitting down. I measured the floor/ceiling and if I remember right, it was like 58 1/2 inches.
Best part is the MPG. She does about %95 of the driving in town, and just filled it up for the first time since she got it Monday. 22.6 MPG (actual, not a computer telling us that). Her truck got about 10-12 in the city, so she'll save a ton in fuel costs.
For me the best part is the room I have gained in the garage! The truck took up a lot, the Transit is shorter than the Stang, and a lot narrower than the truck was, so we can walk around it without opening the garage door.
It's sorta ugly/cute at the same time, but damn, it's a great work vehicle!
Thanks again Josh, great buying from ya again!
