    Well this didn't really fit in a classified category... Maybe add a new category?

    We've been trying to sell my wife's townhouse for nearly 4 years now (3rd or 4th agent). We had a renter for about 1.5 years, but we're tired of dealing with it. We've got other priorities we're trying to focus on right now. We relisted it, had an offer, they got pre-approved, but then the deal fell through a week before closing as their lender (and all the others they tried) said they didn't have enough credit history! Not sure how they got pre-approved in the first place if that was the case... All the new loan restrictions are really killing an already struggling market! So it's now relisted...again.

    PLEASE... If you know anyone in the market or looking for some more income property, please send them our way. It is in a nice neighborhood in N. Arlington, close to Lamar High School. We're just looking to get out from under it... Please PM me, contact our agent, or contact your own agent and have a look.

                      Ya and I've never seen a home/condo/townhouse posted there, so I didn't figure it would get any attention. We need to move it... Mods can move the thread if need be.

                          LOL, wow. Small world. I actually drove by and looked at that exact unit to figure out the neighborhood and what I thought of the complex before having Nate take me around looking at interiors so we wouldn't waste a bunch of time. Then I decided I was going with a house instead of a condo. Complex looked pretty decent and small. If I would have known it belonged to a member on here I would have offered a foxbody roller and $1200.

                              We already talked to Homevestors and they offered a similar deal (though they never looked at it), but would pay all closing costs. We'd take too much of a bath at that price... It's nice, well maintained and in a great area, it's just not the most updated place. It has already been inspected and we have the report from last month, when the deal fell through.

                              My wife had that before we got married, so she'd rather do a DIL before we lost that kind of cash. If we do a DIL it shouldn't affect my credit since she had it before marriage (already talked to an attorney). We both have over 800 credit scores, so she should be able bounce back quickly. I'm not a fan of the DIL route for obvious reasons, but she wants it gone...
