I moved into a new house a few weeks ago that has a GE Networx security system installed. It looked like the control panel was bad so I picked one up on e-bay for $30 that was new so it has all of the factory default settings. I can't get the damn thing programmed and i am having a hard time finding someone who can work on it. Anyone here familar with this system? I don't want to pay monitoring... just want something to make some noise if someone tries to get into my house.

Did you get instructions with the new unit? Usually they aren't all that difficult to program.
How about these guys, 8174476310, ask for TIM or Charlie. They are good guys that have been in the business a long time.Rich
