      The end of Jan and Feb are best, it seems no one is buying then.
      Fairly good call, but keep in mind that in late February the early tax season begins and cars start going sky high. To anyone buying from a used lot, keep this in mind when negotiating. Car dealers aren't making insane profits on their cars, the auctions aren't cheap these days. Typically a car lot is making $500 per car unless they are a tote the note lot. We are damned lucky to make $700 per car.
