It's funny how she says: "I kicked her, I hit her, I kicked her constantly," then follows with: "I'm not a monster. I'm not what everyone thinks I am."

I think she is the epitome of what a Monster is.. Dumb whore. Good riddence.

She's 23 and has 5 kids. She asked, "what will happen to my kids?" after being sentenced. Well, considering your super glue/kicking/punch-a-toddler track record, probably a lot of good things.

i think that sentence is really meant to just keep her from having more kids. 5 kids at 23. she's been pregnant for 3.75 years. Probably never had a job. Ever.

AGREED!!!! I have kids myself and I get upset with them as all parents do, BUT, I would NEVER lay a hand on them since I know I was a kid before and I didn't exactly have the best upbringing neither. It all comes down to utilizing the common sense part of the human brain when it comes to these situations.

Can somebody explain the role of the monitor showing things like "monster"? Seems more like a multimedia presentation than a trial. Not complaining, just curious.

                        Bitch deserved that sentence.

From what I've read/seen kids will be raised by her mother. Who (in theory) raised her. Makes you wonder what sort of "good things" will happen.

Overly dramatic effects to sway the jury in their favor... Not that they needed any swaying in this case.
"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776
