      Tell your buddy to renew the DL and go pay the $10 dismissal crap, then go about his day. It's crap and he can actually get it tossed out (not pulled over for a valid reason) but he still has an expired DL.

                              Got pulled over by a cop following me as I turned into the alley yesterday. He kept correcting me (incorrectly) on MY address, but I decided to let it go, got off with a warning, fuck yeah!
