My aunt and uncle adopted a baby that was born to a crackhead mother. She's 10 now, I believe. She's very small for her age, but otherwise she's a really good kid, and she'll grow up in a home with a lot more wholesomeness, stability, financial support, and opportunity than most of the world could ever wish for. She's definitely not all kinds of fucked up.

The point I was trying to make is that most of the kids who are born to addicts have issues in my experience. Their brains are chemically altered due to the drug use. It's been studied enough that I've had training about it for work. Did I mean all of the babies? Obviously no. Your cousin is an exception to the rule I'm used to seeing. Maybe its a case of nurture outweighing nature. I know that the way many of my kids were raised isn't optimal, but its what i have experience with. Not the kids who were adopted out of the mess their mothers created. I suppose I should have considered that before I answered.

Also, even though I've lost babies due to miscarriage & am having trouble concieving, I think abortion should be legal. Again, you get a say about the carrying of a fetus when you can carry one. Yes, there are people waiting to adopt, but I for fuck sure dont want some crack head's mistake that she didn't respect enough to care for when she was pregnant. I teach drug babies & they are all kinds of fucked up.

"im on the pill!"....."ive had my tubes tied."....."I have an IUD"....etc. these are not for one night stands......cunts do this every day to their husbands.
