I'd honestly put buying a house as one of, if not the most stressful non-traumatic things a person can go through. This is my third go 'round and it doesn't get much easier, aside from knowing the process and what to expect.

Not exactly sure why that is, but Nate can probably explain it better than I can. I'm sure the big guys have regulators crawling up their asses over every minor detail after the crash.

If your credit is shit you may not be able to by a home, unless you have a big down payment or something.

isnt 620 the borderline on what we would both need. were not looking for anything $$$ since i remodel for a living.
