I'd have eaten at Campisi's on Mockingbird, and taken the train from Mockingbird Station. They run special trains from there to The AAC for games and events.

It's not the original, and you pay for parking, possibly to some sketchy Ethiopian in a downtown lot, then you have to fuck with parking at the AAC. The DART rail method is tried and true, and while I have to pay to ride the train, it's way easier than jacking with parking all over creation. Hell, they have special trains for events to the TRE park and rides, also.

We ate at Coal Vines. The entree was like an appetizer so I had to order a pizza too. Pizza was pretty good.

I would have mentioned Coal Vines, or Cremona's. There is also a restaurant in the AAC. I don't know what it's called though. It used to be a Chili's, til the guy moved all his shit out overnight one night. Dude's a crook. lol.
