    For those who know me here, you'll see the irony in him having a 'trigger thumb.'

    Aside from last week, I've never been to Children's. I DID spend a lot of my childhood at Scottish Rite's hospital though

          My son got tubes in his ears 6 or 7 months ago. I wanted to go back there with him just to be in the room when he woke up, but of course it isn't allowed. Even for something as simple as tubes, it was very difficult for me to hand him over to the nurse so she could take him away for a 15 minute procedure...

          Prayers for your little man's recovery and prayers for you and your wife in dealing with it.

            i had tubes put in around the age of 2.. i dont remember it now..
