Dont worry about any letters like that. The insurance companies send them out hoping that you'll just believe it and go back to work. The non-compliance is a bs deal they pull. Iv had a letter saying "denial of coverage due to disease of life" then told a month later I was denied for non-compliance. Both times my lawyer was able to change their minds with a letter. Pick a new dr that they dont suggest. Expect it to take a while though. Another one of their tactics is to draw out any coverage as long as possible so you'll get tired of the crap and give up.

I figured as much. My lawyer blew it off and told me not to worry about it so i am doing my best not to. Maybe be a different story in a week or two without a paycheck.
May God give us strength and courage in the time of our darkest hours.
